  1. Strange article ….. Were the allegations battery or sexual misconduct????

    Why cloud the case up???

Was Hubby a 155 employee at the time of the alleged crimes or what??

Typical CLPD confusing mumbo jumbo …. in the tradition of Nygrenspeak

“Hubly, or Crystal Lake, became the school’s choir director in 2004.

He also served as student activities director, and served five terms as president of the District 155 Education Association, which represents teachers at all four of the district’s high schools.”

  3. This is the first I’ve seen it reported as “activities with underage females”.

Everyone else has been very careful to say “underage former students”.

Have the police or school reports been updated?

  4. Cal you are very careful, but the Crystal Lake School System has a history of Hands on Education.

    Parents talk to your children.

“Justin Hubly, 35, is arguing that all evidence gathered during an interview on Oct. 19, 2016, between Hubly and Randy Davis, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resource for District 155, should be suppressed because Hubly signed a document that granted him immunity from criminal prosecution.”
