Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney is pleased to announce that Michelle J. Courier has joined the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office as Deputy Chief of the Civil Division.

Ms. Courier was previously a member of the Civil Division of the State’s Attorney’s office from 2004-2008, and has served as the elected Boone County State’s Attorney for the past 8 years.

Michelle received her law degree, cum laude, from Northern Illinois University

School of Law and has been licensed in the State of Illinois since 1998.

The office is excited and proud to have a lawyer with Michelle’s experience and knowledge rejoin the office.
