Led by former Judge Joe Condon, the Nunda Township Electoral Board decided to allow all candidates challenged in Nunda Township Republican Primary Election to remain on the ballot.

“Substantial compliance” was the argument of the day.

That means that Joni Smith will be the next Nunda Township Clerk, since she is the only one on the ballot.
