As pointed out in Saturday’s article, Trump opponents outnumbered Trump supporters in Woodstock on Saturday.
There was no way to get more than a fraction of those expressing opposition, so I took photos of folks and their signs as they crossed the street next to the Opera House.
The sign held by a teenage girl reads, “It’s time to recognize them now.”
No signs in this group. Just small American flags and Starbucks Coffee cups.
“Standing on the side of love” is the message on the sign you see here.
Because the camera did not capture the message of the woman in the green coat, I asked her to hold it up. It reads, “In our American all people are equal. Love wins. Black lives matter. Immigrants & refugees are welcome. Disabilities are respected. Women are in charge of their bodies. People & planet are valued over profit. Diversity is celebrated.”
The signs you see here say, “In this house, we believe, Black lives matter, Women’s rights are human rights, No Human is Illegal, Science is real, Love is love, Kindness is everything” and “Donald Ducks The Truth.”

The “No Hate” people outnumbered the Trump supporters.
However, both sides had a lot of people and, for the most part, respected each others’ space.
I was at the Square on Saturday and noticed that Andrew Gasser and Chuck Wheeler were present.
2 people who say they are Republican and actually back it up with action.
On the sidewalk was the ONLY Democrat Board member.
County Board Republican represention: 9 %
County Board Democrat representation: 100 %
The McHenry County Republican Executive attendance: 100 %
It does appear we need volunteers from the Pro-Trump rally to ‘pull’ petitions this fall and run for the McHenry County Board to replace most of the current Board members who run as Republicans!
I think this indivisible nw il may be surprised by a investigation that I am insisting on may surprise them and other groups like them.
It involves a matter they did not see or just thought would not blow up in there faces.
We will see what happens but if it leads to what I believe it is a lot of these libitards and there zombie followers are going to get a surprise they did not expect nation wide.

Those involved with these organizations of partisan politics realy should take a harder look at the bigger picture and how it may effect them now or in the future.
