Algonquin Township Road Commissioner Bob Miller has advertised for bids for a new street sweeper.

The bids will be opened Wednesday, April 26th, at 4 PM.

He has also asked for bids for two trucks and a trailer, which are due to be opened at the same time.

An ad from the Alqonqquin Township Highway Commissioner for the sale of three pieces of equipment.


Miller leaves office in mid-May when newly-elected Road Commissioner Andrew Gasser is sworn in.

  1. Issue brooms to Miller and his family members and put them to work.
    Should be enough of them to get the job done and save the taxpayers some money at the same time.

  2. The cruddy Millers have to get in their last hurrah of skullduggery before they take a slow boat into the sunset.

  3. Would love to see who ends up buying these at ‘a honey of a deal’!

    Seems like a rush to sell these so his buddies get a deal at our expense.

    Miller shouldn’t be selling anything off.

    Something smells.
