The Algonquin Township Road District held a bid opening, which was properly published and for which proper notice was provided for equipment sale. The bid opening was held at the offices of Algonquin Township, 3702 US Highway 14, Crystal Lake IL 60014 on Friday, April 21, 4 pm CST and ended at 4:20 pm. The following were in attendance:

The two pickups brought bids of $625 more than what the dealers’ prices in the linked article had.
One can submit a foia request for the purchase price and dates; invoices; payment information (checks, credit card statement, or electronic transfers); etc.
That should cover Miller’s sick leave reimbursement – congrats !
