After launching the Raue Center for the Arts at the old movie theater in Downtown Crystal Lake, the Crystal Lake Civic Center Authority went quiet.

In looking through over 700 pages concerning the Civic Center provided by the City of Crystal Lake pursuant to a Freedom of Information request, I found information that local residents might find of interest.
