Parked near the Raue Center on Williams Street in Downtown Crystal Lake was a car with a teen driver sitting in it.
On the back trunk was this bumper sticker:
“WARNING: Student Driver. Be Afraid..Be Very Afraid” is what this bumper sticker says.

Message of the Day – A Bumper Sticker — 4 Comments
Replace “student driver” with “texting driver” – much more to fear from them.
That bumper sticker should revolve like James Bonds License plate based on the condition – Distracted Driver, Impatient Driver, I own the Road Driver, Weaving (lane changing) Driver, Riding on your Bumper Driver, Driving too fast for Conditions driver.
There is an increasing disregard for etiquette on the road today.
I picture self-driving vehicles establishing safe driving intervals just to have human drivers fill them as they do today.
Illinois citizens are living in a “soft police” state where law enforcement agencies
are allowed by the state and courts to stop and detain motorists WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE
all in the name of safety, of course.
