$21,600 of that was received on October 17, 2016, while Jack Franks was a State Representative running for McHenry County Board Chair.

Do people understand that every taxpayer has to pay more in order for this man to obtain his $230,000 annual property tax break?
That $230,000 is now paid by all other taxpayers in Chicago, on his behalf, taxpayers this man wishes to ‘represent’.
Uninhabitability is not the assessment standard, ‘fair market value’ is the assessment standard.
Would he be willing to sell that adjacent mansion for the assessed value?
Should every Illinois property owner who disconnects toilets be allowed an 85% assessment reduction?
