  1. More to this story than we’re being told.

A salt & pepper duo with loud vehicles as described shouldn’t be that difficult to find.

  2. well if you think it’s not difficult to find
then get out there and find these dudes.

  3. heh, heh … the mighty minds of local law enforcement stumped again.

If I solve this puzzle can I get 15% of the Sheriff’s annual pay?

From the Chicago Police Dept. Detective’s Guide (Chicago PD, 1965:

“When two or more suspects of a murder are identified as of different races, the likely scenario is: 1) a drug retribution of some sort (perpetrators believed they were cheated or shorted by the decedent [first rule out victim was a dealer]; or victim was an informant [second, rule out confidential informant; check with federal and Indiana authorities) … Autopsy on decedent critical for full spectrum drug reference to rule out dealer-ordered ‘hit’ of ‘deadbeat’ or competitive dealing drug user.

If you get dead ends for drug involvement, or other criminal backgrounds (fencing, juice, gambling, prostitution, etc., then check for homosexual involvement of decedent who may have been targeted for possible blackmailing or ‘cheating’ activities. See Section 12: Homosexual Homicide”
