The regular meeting of the Lake in the Hills Sanitary District is scheduled for Thursday night, but don’t expect any fireworks.

There won’t be a face off between the Franks’ appointees and the incumbent office holders.

Both sides have agreed to let Judge Thomas Meyer rule on who the legitimate office holders are.

Bills will be paid, their ratification to be made subsequently.
