  1. Can these citizen academy grads then make citizen’s arrests of corrupt CL cops????

Why is the drug house on short St., CL allowed to operate?

Is there graft involved or sheer police stupidity!!! c

alls to Crimestoppers and the CLPD go unheaded.

  2. I just happened to see a big raid there. No kidding. They had all kinds of people face down on the ground with their hands behind their backs cuffed. But alas, I think that was about twenty years ago.
