On 08-22-17 at 1545 hrs, a Harvard Youth (f/12 yoa) reported she had been grabbed the previous afternoon, while walking home from school, in 300 blk of E. Blaine St..

Where Harvard Middle Schooler said she was grabbed by a man in his twenties.

The subject was identified as a white male about 25 yoa, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.

On 08-25-17 an investigation revealed the youth fabricated the story.

The youth was released pending a review of potential charges at a later date.
