  1. Disorderly conduct is a bogus charge they throw when they got nothing.

Why did they not charge her with filing a false police report?

  2. This leaves me wondering about that kids parents …. if you catch my drift.

  3. False reporting is under DC.

I wished people would do some research before posting. 720 ILCS 5/26-1

  4. @cindy

    Disorderly Conduct has numerous sections.

I believe that there is one that specifically fits her actions.

Other than that, yeah, it can be a catch all.

Even our corrupt legislature could never contemplate all the stupid things the a**holes who walk among us could dream up.

  5. I do believe there is more than one way to charge filing a false police report.

And if I remember correctly, DC can be written to lower class of misdemeanor.

Sometimes you have to file something to protect the department.

  6. If this young 12-year-old is staving for attention that bad, a good long-winded psychiatrist at $300.00 an hour will give her all the attention she needs.
