  1. Richie Durbin is pushing to get his amnesty Dream Act passed again.

No one from IL has voted for more debt than our pal Richie.

  2. How will Durbin pass it again when he hasn’t as of yet been able to pass it for the first time?

  3. Good reporting by Cal. “Illegal alien” term used rather than “undocumented immigrant” used by the mostly leftist and dishonest media and the fake news such as a cable news network.

  4. Thank you mr. Prim.

My support for Rauner disappeared when he signed SB0031. Rauner has violated his oath of office – as has the majority of the State Legislature including, McConchie, Althoff, McConnaughay.

8 USC: Section 1324a states: “Any person who knowingly hires/harbors/transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail + $2000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of the vehicle or property used to commit the crime”.

Section 1324c states, “All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for a violation of any provision of this section” (affirmed US v Perez-Gonzalez 2002 Fed App 0360, 6th Circ.).

Section 1644, same title states, “No local ordinance, rule, or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section” (affirmed Southern District Court of NY, US v Rudy Guiliani,1996).

MUEHLER et al. v. MENA certiorari to the united states court of appeals for the ninth circuit No. 03-1423.Argued December 8, 2004–Decided March 22, 2005

Anyone who VIOLATES the LAW is already guilty of a criminal act… so the minute they stepped onto American soil without the LEGAL permission to do so makes them guilty of a criminal act.

You can’t argue around that point.

  5. I believe, in this case, Federal law supersedes the newly enacted Illinois state law.

To the illegal alien sympathizers, do you think you could live and work in Mexico, Central or South America for 20 years with no papers?

    And if caught, what then?

  6. Excellent points by conservative voter.

If we had honest and factual media (tv, radio, newspapers) this information would have been reported ongoing for many years.

They, and the Democrats and now some Republicans, would not have been able to brainwash gullible Americans with all of the compassionate nonsense.

Recently, this media has had the audacity and gall to actually interview illegal aliens and their sob stories on live tv.

  7. Just stumbled across a posting stating that Bruce Rauner has been lying:

“My grandparents were proud immigrants to the United States of America, here to Illinois in the late 1800s. My grandparents did not speak English when they were young.”

” Records from U.S. Censuses taken between 1910 and 1940, the latest year publicly available, clearly show that both of Rauner’s maternal grandparents were born in Wisconsin — Clarence Erickson in 1901 and Viola Erickson (nee Wedin) in 1900. In other words, neither of them were immigrants.

What’s more, the census shows that Viola’s mother — Rauner’s great-grandmother — was also born in Wisconsin. Viola’s father, while born in Sweden, emigrated to the U.S. at age 6 in 1868. As for Clarence, the census describes him as speaking English and having a seventh grade education. In the 1940 count, his profession was listed as “buttermaker.””

  8. I am astonished that a politician would lie.

But I’d be more surprises if he told the truth.

With a few exceptions, politicians are the lowest form of life on this beautiful planet.

  9. Why would anyone want the two subjects above to be allowed to remain the US except for incarceration?

  10. Get him out of here and make sure this time he does not come back.
