MCHENRY COUNTY STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE HOSTING FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) PRESENTATION

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, is pleased to announce our office’s continuing commitment to serving the county and members of the public through its efforts to support open and honest government.

To assist county departments and law enforcement agencies in performing their duties related to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office will be conducting a FOIA Presentation for McHenry County Government and McHenry County Law Enforcement employees on November 3, 2017.

The presentation will provide information on updates to FOIA and advice on the handling of FOIA requests
