Seat Belts are a smart thing to wear.
What I don’t understand is why I get a $50 ticket for not wearing it, yet motorcyclists don’t have to wear a helmet in Illinois?
Because they were smarter than the auto drivers and made a huge stink about their rights?
I would like to know why school buses don’t have seat belts for the kids
Because kids don’t have enough money to be shaken down for tickets for not wearing their seatbelts.
