  1. Where is the cat sandbox? Tic, tock, tic, tock, tic, tock…

  2. Great to see the old people working hard.

Any young folks in the GOP?

  3. My sunshine blogger comes to mind; fresh new ideas for the future of beautiful McHenry county. I yield the floor. Stay tuned…tic, tock, meow, meow, tic, tock…

  4. Need to be more observant and critical, which left wingers and Democrats are not. The top picture on the left shows daylight coming through the door and window. Thus it is daytime and likely a weekday and people younger than the seniors shown in the pictures are working. Incidentally, more people then ever are working thanks to the great conditions of the economy brought about because of the policies and direction of President Trump.

Employment rates are the best in many, many decades. Employment rates for African Americans and Hispanic Americans are the best in recorded history as stated by our U.S. Government Bureau of Labor Statistics.

  5. Okay, bread. I’ll give you the daytime point, but the rest is kool aide. Second, since you mentioned observations only being right in nature, lets see a picture of a local republican event that is not mostly older white men.

  6. “our U.S. Government Bureau of Labor Statistics”. My compassionate conservative fanatics are always entertaining. Remember under President Obama how these “patriots” questioned the legitimacy of those numbers when reporting positive economic news? Stay tuned…tic, tock, meow, meow, tic, tock…

  7. In case y’all are interested, I am told the painting event took place on a Saturday and Sunday.

  8. The Stock Markets are controlled by a secret button on Trump’s White House desk.

At least that’s what Democrats are thinking.

  9. Funny question by Bot who asks, “Any young folks in the GOP?”

Let’s look at the ages of the TOP leaders in the U.S. House. Speaker of the U.S. House is Republican Paul Ryan, age 48. Minority Leader of the U.S. House is Democrat Nancy Pelosi, age 77. Nancy, wants to hang around for a number of years yet and has the unrealistic dream that somehow or other she will once again become the Speaker. (But if she does become Speaker, that would confirm how out-of-touch with reality would be Democrat US Representatives much younger in age who would want to endorse her ridiculous ideas and direction for our Nation.)

But, look at the average ages for members of the U.S. House and U.S. Senate. The average Democrat is about 4 years older than the average Republican in the House and Senate. The average age of Democrats is 61.0 years and the average age of the Republicans is 57.2 years.

The average age of Democrats in Congress has been older than Republicans for about the last 50 years. The gap was about one year in age from 1965 through 2010. Then in 2010, the gap increased to Democrats being 5 years older and since then has been about 4 years older. Refer to the “most trusted news source” for these numbers and a graph showing age comparisons:

When you look at top positions of leadership of the Democrat Party in Congress, you see fossils such as Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein, Chuck Schumer, Dick Durbin, Steny Hoyer, etc.

However, much more important than age and being old is being very, very old and obsolete in ideas. The Democrat Party and their members generally espouse and want to effect a number of ideas and concepts of socialism and communism which have been proven failures in Nations such as the old USSR, China of the past, Cuba and Venezuela. Democrats want more and more government control of our lives and our business community.

  10. Thanks for the history lesson. I will stick to the youth imagery and possibilities my sunshine blogger projects for the future. Now repeat after me: Speaker Pelosi, speaker Pelosi, speaker Pelosi…: Tic, tock, meow, meow, tic, tock…

  11. The clock guy would align perfectly with any of the Democrats running for Governor and would be a good “sidekick”. Would even align somewhat with Rauner who endorses illegal aliens by his sanctuary state position.

  12. More from our sunshine commenter’s favorite president. This is about republicans: “We have all seen these circus elephants complete with tusks, ivory in their head and thick skins, who move around the circus ring and grab the tail of the elephant ahead of them.” Stay tuned…tic, tock, meow, meow, tic, tock…

  13. The Republican Party in McHenry County is all but dead.

If they elect Diane Evetson, former president of the Midwest Minutemen Chairman of the GOP the party is done.

  14. Perhaps it’ll be done as it stands now and that would be okay with me. It’s full of Dems and RINOs. Evertsen will set a standard of higher expectations.

  15. Slum Lord Diane and her, live off government Husband who was the supervisor of the township where they live for many years will never set any standard for higher expectations, instead Old Diane would lower standards even lower than the salgado’s ever could.
