Hebron Man Arrested for Criminal Sexual Abuse

Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse Arrest

Christopher Brown, 32, of Hebron, was arrested Sunday and charged with Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault and Solicitation of a Sex Act stemming from an incident that occurred on Friday of last week.

On Saturday evening, deputies responded to a home in Hebron after family members of a 16-year-old female victim called to report a sexual assault.

An investigation was begun and it was reported that Brown attempted to solicit the 16-year-old and when she refused, he sexually assaulted her.

Brown, who already had an outstanding warrant on another unrelated case, was taken into custody and charged early Sunday morning.

Arrested : Christopher R. Brown, Male, 32,  Hebron, Illinois

Charges:

  • Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault (class 2)
  • Solicitation of a Sex Act (Class 4)

Bond: $100,000

Next Court Date: March 7th at 9:00 a.m.

The charges against this individual are merely allegations against him. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
