A friend at the First United Methodist Church’s Friday food distribution at the Nunda Township Hall (next Friday at Bethany Lutheran Church, come at noon) approached me with a gift.
He had read my article about Jack Franks wanting to have me arrested.
With a broad grin, he handed me a “Get Ouf of Jail, Free” card copyrighted in 1936.
He figured every Illinois politician ought to have one.
The race card works much better as evidenced by
it’s wide spread use among DEMOCRATS.
It’s their “go to” card to play.
Our sunshine blogger was already 82 years old when this card was issued back in 1936. A great antique…of course I mean the card, not our paparazzi freeloader sunshine blogger…tic, tock ,meow, meow, tic, tock…
