No surprise that Hellinois is not on that list.
After all, who in their sane mind would consider locating a business in
this tax, tax, tax and spend sanctuary state that is already BILLINONS of $ in debt,
with people fleeing as fast as they can and 50% of residents expressing a desire to flee from.
