McHenry County Dems’ District 1 Chairman Kathryn Potter Trashes Jack Franks Again
McHenry County Democratic Party’s District 1 Chairman Kathryn Potter once again took to Facebook to trash the most powerful Democrat in the county, Jack Franks.
(She criticized him earlier this month when he offered ice cream to his constituents.)
She also rebuked State Rep. Allen Skillicorn.
Her criticism focused on two aspects.
- Franks and Skillicorn should not meddle in outside affairs.
- As state lawmakers, Franks and Skillicorn could have lowered property taxes by shifting more education spending to the state but refused.
Is Potter considering a far-left primary challenge against Franks for McHenry County Board Chairman in 2020?
As revealed in her previous attack on Franks, Potter supports
- an income tax hike via amending the Illinois Constitution and enacting a progressive income tax,
- getting rid of McHenry County’s ICE detention facility (even Bernie Sanders refuses to say ICE should be abolished), and
- no cuts to school spending despite 74% of voters demanding cuts.
She accused Franks of “lying” and “undermining local Democrats.”
Potter herself was not in attendance at yesterday’s Algonquin Township meeting, although Democratic county board candidate Michael Vijuk was.
Wow – a whole 5 people liked her post. A real “contender” for Chairman. On her latest D2, she has $0.00 listed for her campaign.

Democrats locally and nationally prove day in, day out that they are inept, dumb and angry such as their top 2 leaders in Congress, Pelosi/Schumer. They are for illegal immigrants, open borders, MS13 gangs are human, higher taxes, public employee unions, bigger government, guaranteed annual incomes, socialism/communism, free health care, inefficiencies in bloated school administration, abolishing ICE, etc. One only has to look at the crackpots elected to serve in the top 2 positions of their national party.

What’s really funny is you probably think you are an informed voter. In reality, you are literally the most unproductive commenter on this blog second only to maybe Cindy. I watch more Fox News in a week than you probably look at any outside sources or views counter to your own. Bred – Cite one source of a Democrat at any level that say they are for babying MS`13 gang members. Just one, please.
Trump said that those gang members are animals. Pelosi defended the gang members and responded to Trumps’ words saying: “we’re all God’s children … Does he not believe in the spark of divinity, the dignity and worth of every person?”
Schumer said: “When all of our great-great-grandparents came to America they weren’t ‘animals,’ and these people aren’t either.”
Pelosi and Schumer are always, always angry and trying almost every day to say something to discredit Trump.
Acoording to a good dictionary, referring to people who do evil things to other people as animals is proper per the definition:
“a person without human attributes or civilizing influences, especially someone who is very cruel, violent, or repulsive.”
The Democrat Party is led by very bitter people continuously angry about losing the 2016 presidential election due to their repulsive and grossly incompetent candidate. They need to get over this, get new leadership else they destroy themselves with their vindictiveness.
