CHRISTOPHER R. BROWN SENTENCED TO SIX YEARS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR AGGRAVATED CRIMINAL SEXUAL ABUSE

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that 33 year old Christopher R. Brown, formerly of Hebron, Illinois, was sentenced to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse pursuant to a negotiated plea in front of the Honorable Judge Prather on August 30, 2018.
Brown plead guilty to sexually abusing a minor victim in March of 2018, who was over the age of 13 but under the age of 17 at the time of the offense. Upon release from the Illinois Department of Corrections, Brown will have to register for life as a sex offender.
The case was investigated by members of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department.
This case was prosecuted by Assistant State’s Attorney Rita Gara.
That really means 3 years, minus time already served awaiting trial.
Isn’t it just like a DEMOCRAT to create all manner of chaos and mayhem and then run off
leaving others to suffer with the aftermath.
