A press release from the McHenry County Coroner’s Office:
McHenry County Coroner, Dr. Anne Majewski, announced this morning that her office is investigating the death of the driver of a Go-Kart struck by a motor vehicle on the roadway in the 22200 block of River Road in Marengo late Saturday night, September 22, 2018.
The woman identified to be Yajayra Huerta, age 29, of Elgin, Illinois, was taken to Woodstock-Northwestern Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead at 11:04 pm that same evening. An autopsy performed yesterday revealed that she died from blunt trauma to the brain, spine, chest and abdomen.
The death remains under investigation by the McHenry County Accident Investigation Team and the McHenry County Coroner’s Office.
So it is now legal to operate go-carts on streets/roads ?
Apparently this woman did, or didn’t care.
Chalk this one up as another Darwin Award winner.
I guess this clears Tina ‘Tiny’ Hill as a suspect.

How do you know it wasn’t a medical condition of the driver?
It may have well been beyond anything the driver could control or anticipate! You’re the jackass!
