State Senator Craig Wilcox, who just left his McHenry County Board post to replace Pam Althoff, has sent out a mailing connecting Democratic Party opponent, now McHenry Township Assessor Mary Mahady to Mike Madigan.

First, we have a candidate for the State Senate (Wilcox) who pays no property taxes on his $400,000 plus home by using a loophole in a Veterans Assistance program permitting abatement in property taxes for a service-related disability, but who refuses to address the nature of his disability.
