  1. Instead of that garbage obtain the debt service schedules.

The debt service schedule payments (principal and interest payments to bondholders) change every year.

Once again, need two debt service schedules for any bond referendum.

    The current schedule.

And the estimated schedule for the proposed bonds.

The government and vote yes PAC almost always hide that information from voters during bond referendums.

Here is the needed debt service schedule information:

    Year – Principal – Interest – Total
    2019 – $ – $ – $
    2020 – $ – $ – $
    2021 – $ – $ – $
    etc.

With the debt service schedules, your EAV (or fair market value), and EAV (or fair market value) of the property taxing district, estimates can be made as to how much this referendum will cost you.

  2. Wacky non-logic meant to confuse stupid sheeple just like the pro-McHenry Township Road Dist. crooks are saying the abolition of the McHenry Township Road Dist., and consolidation of the Road Dist. into the Township will result in all the roads being torn up and all the senior services of the Township being cut.

These tax pigs must be fought at every turn!

YES to the abolition of the Township Road Dist!

NO to the McHenry High School Referendum!

NO to the McHenry Rec Ctr Referendum!

  3. This chart is intended to confuse people by comparing apples to oranges in the last two columns.

My taxes in Mchenry have gone up by about 30% on the past 10 years while property values decline, roads are in disrepair (30 years old in my neighborhood) / are never plowed in a timely manner, and school systems leave a lot to be desired.

Furthermore, they want to build a silly water park that can be used for about 3 months out of the year.

If you are sick of the taxes:

Vote NO for the water park.

Vote NO for the HS referendum.

Vote YES to abolish the road dist.
