Democrat Suzanne Ness Sends Postcard in Quest for County Board Seat

In the mail today came the following postcard from District 2 Democratic Party candidate for the McHenry County Board.

Both incumbent Republicans–Jim Heisler and Donna Kurtz–are retiring.

Running as Republicans are

former Board member Carolyn, who ran unsuccessfully for the GOP nomination for State Representative in the district covering the southern part of Crystal Lake, most of Lake in the Hills and Huntley and points south and

Cary Grade School Board member Josh Howell, who was part of the board that pulled the District back from near bankruptcy after the teachers’ union had contol

Here is the mailing from Ness:

The address side of Suzanne Ness’ postcard. features her family and three issues:  reducing the size of the County Board, enforcing term limits (which are on the ballot this fall) and providing property tax relief.

The back of Suzanne Ness’ direct mail piece features the Main Beach House of the Crystal Lake Park District and reminds people she may have knocked on their doors during her campaign. She receives an endorsement from Holly Glover, retired Realtor.

  1. The postcard was postmarked “Hell” which is where she’s from and wants to drag this county!

  2. Kinda nice, no stupid black and white photos of Franks, Madigan, Pritzker, etc.

    She’s running on something, not against something that doesn’t exist!
