  2. This is Senate Bill 2641 (SB 2641) in the 100th General Assembly.

    The Governor has several suggestions in his veto that were incorporated into creating a Peer-to-Peer Car Sharing Act.

    One of the problems the rental car companies face, similar to taxis and hotels, is all the state and local government taxes, fees, and regulations that were placed on them over the decades, put them at a competitive disadvantage when innovation surfaces.

    I’d suggest only language that you would say in person or in front of your mother in postings.
