Dan McConchie

State Senator Dan McConchie sponsored the following bills that went into effect on January 1st:

Senate Bill 2459 (N. Sauer) – Allows the Lake County Board to dissolve the Seavey Drainage District by resolution.

SB 2291 (P. Breen) – Requires that the Toll Highway Authority posts the agenda for its board meetings at least two business days prior to when the meeting is held. Requires that the agenda is posted at the Authority’s headquarters and online on their website.
