MARKUS HUBBELL FOUND GUILTY OF GROOMING
Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that 37 year old Markus Hubbell, of McHenry, Illinois, was found guilty of grooming, by jury verdict, on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
Hubbell was convicted of attempting to entice a 16-year old child to send him explicit photographs in March of 2016.
Sentencing is scheduled for March 1, 2019 in front of the Honorable Judge Sharon Prather.
The case was investigated by members of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department. This case was prosecuted by Assistant State’s Attorneys Rita Gara and Randi Freese.
Why is Prather always pratling about the Illinois age of consent should be 16, like “the Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Canada, Ohio and Minnesota”
Her job isn’t to legislate! She’s supposed to enforce the laws.
Why doesn’t Mr. Kenneally prosecute governmental officials MANY crimes???
