THEFT
On 01-24-19 at 1532 hrs, a Harvard Resident (m-30 yoa) reported an unknown person(s) had removed a package that was delivered without permission from the porch of his residence located in the 200 blk N Garfield St earlier in the day.
As a result of the investigation on 01-25-19 at 1030 hrs, a Harvard Youth (m-11 yoa), was arrested for Theft.
The Harvard Youth was placed on Formal Supervision for 90 days and released to a Parent.
