District 155 Teacher Union-Endorsed Board Candidate Tom Vaclavek Missed Over 30% of County Housing Authority Meetings

The District 155 Teachers Uion has endorsed the first three candidates on the April 2nd ballot.

The one on top, Tom Vaclavek , served on the McHenry County Housing Authority Board from mid-2010 through early 2017.

How well could he have served having missed over 30% of the meetings?

A Friend of McHenry County Blog did the research, pointing out
Vaclavek missed 30.% of the Hoising Authority’s meeting and asked,

“Would D155 pass a student who only attended 69% of classes?

“Why is D155 teacher’s union supporting Vaclavek, who was either late or absent for more than 41% of meetings?”

  1. But those absences and his asleep at the switch attitude is precisely why the tax-crazed libtards want him!

  2. The Teachers Union cares about one thing.

Getting a lobbyist on the board so they have someone who will vote for higher taxes to cover their nut!

ALWAYS SAY NO TO TEACHERS, OR TEACHER UNION BACKED CANDIDATES!

  3. Coffey, Tillson, and the third nameless candidate on the anti-teacher slate will never get elected.

    Guaranteed.

  4. Because of the typically low turnout in April elections, I would not be surprised if the teacher union-backed candidates win.

Their supporters have much more at stake than do ordinary taxpayer-voters.
