From the motion below from Kane County Circuit Court Judge Kevin Busch, it is a good guess that the cases against Illinois Integrity Fund, et al, including McHenry County Board Chairman Jack Franks, will not result in five separate trials.
Cases have been filed by Joe Tirio, Chuck Wheeler, Michael Rein, Orville Brettman and Ersel Shuster.
Who made the decision to assign this to a Kane County Judge???
and why was it reassigned?
