ALCOHOL COMPLIANCE CHECKS
On Thursday, June 13th, 2019, the Woodstock Police Department conducted alcohol sales compliance checks on establishments which hold liquor licenses with the City of Woodstock.
Of the 28 establishments checked, one was found to be in violation and served alcohol to persons under the age of twenty one years old.
The establishment that was found not to be compliant was as follows:
- Restaurante el Sol, 201 E. Church Street
The store employee who served the alcohol product to the minor in the aforementioned establishment was issued a City of Woodstock Municipal Code Violation Citation.
The Illinois State Police Alcohol Countermeasure Enforcement Team (ACE) assisted with this compliance check.
Compliance checks are performed by the Woodstock Police Department to determine if local liquor license holders are complying with state and local alcohol laws which prohibit the sale, purchase and acceptance of alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
The City of Woodstock educates local alcohol retailers on minimum-age alcohol laws and the importance of verifying the age of customers before selling age-restrictive products such as alcohol.
What aren’t they arresting illegal aliens and political crooks like Franks?

Its a scam—they use Police recruits with excellent looking fake IDs, and sting and cite the individual minimum wage employee with this garbage.
One would think they’d have better things to do than go visit 28 different establishments over lord knows what time period.
But dare not ask for proof of citizenship or catch welfare, medicaid, ebt card cheats, or seeing that DCFS follows up on Domestic calls the cops go to and its known its bad for child to be around…
No, we gotta hit some restaurants and find a waitress to fall for our near perfect phony IDs.
Now, Now, Now, you all know arresting illegals is a big waste of time, considering that our government (Democrats) do not enforce our laws. In fact, these Democrats are aiding and abetting criminal intent illegals by not enforcing the law and by providing them assistance and encouragement.
It is more profitable for the Woodstock Police to issue a violation to a restaurant owner that can’t run back home across the border, The owner will have no alternative but to pay that violation.
It is time for the U.S. Justice Department along with ICE and the U.S. Marshalls Service to start arresting all elected government officials who are on public record of giving sanctuary to illegal aliens. Charge them with violation of federal law, prosecute and put them in jail.
Call: your State and Federal elected officials and demand four things:
1. Full enforcement of all Immigration laws and repeal of the Sanctuary State Legislation while requiring E-Verify compliance by all employers.
2. Full implementation of 287-g
3. Require verification of LEGAL residency for all social service benefits
4. Presentation of valid government issued id to become a registered voter.
