Five Arrested in Relation to a Stolen Vehicle July 9, 2019
The McHenry County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrests of
- Zishawn Hunt, 19
- Amil Little, 19
- Izerion Cooper, 19
- Maurice Dixon, 19, and
- a 15-year-old juvenile
after they fled from a stolen vehicle in the Crystal Lake area Monday afternoon.
At about 3:21 p.m. on July 8th, Sheriff’s Deputies observed a 2015 Dodge Durango in the area of Route 31 and Rakow Road in Crystal Lake.
A license place check revealed that the Durango was a stolen vehicle reported out of Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin.
The Deputies attempted to stop the Durango in the area of Route 14 and Manor Road and the vehicle fled from them.
The Durango was located a short distance away on the Route 14 bridge over Route 31with all the occupants having fled from the vehicle.
Witnesses told the Deputies that six subjects had fled from the Durango in two different directions.
Sheriff’s Deputies, Crystal Lake Police Officers, Crystal Lake Park District Police Officers, Cary Police Officers, and two Sheriff’s K-9 units helped assist with the search.
At the end of the search five of the six suspects were located and arrested.
The investigation is on-going with the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and Pleasant Prairie Police Department.

The charges against these individuals are merely allegations against them. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
The ole, almost oxymoronic, “arrested for resisting arrest”… code for cop covering his ass after wrongfully harassing someone who was guilty of nothing prior to police arresting him….

Not “resisting arrest”, “disorderly conduct BS”, or “not wearing a seat belt” – when we Assured you not wearing a seatbelt was NEVER going to be a primary offense.
And police wonder why they are considered the enemy of the populace.
I am so very curious why the police need my ID when I call them when I witness a fatal auto accident.. ..
This is why people keep going and dont get involved when witnessing accidents.
Who wants to go from be a helpful bystander to being in handcuffs just from calling 911!

The program, called Small Area Fair Market Rents, would have increased the amount of money the government would pay for voucher-holders to rent homes in high-opportunity areas, and lowered the amount they would receive in low-opportunity areas.
The program, which would have gone into effect in 23 metropolitan areas, would theoretically not have cost HUD any more money, something that seemingly would have appealed to an administration purportedly hell-bent on cutting government costs.
