IL-06: Congressman Sean Casten Uses 43rd Anniversary of the Hyde Amendment to Promote Pro-Abortion Agenda

If this tweet does not get Republicans and Pro Life voters motivated for the 2020 Elections, nothing will. Please click the play button to play the animation in the tweet to see the full message. It’s sad.

And Casten uses this tweet to promote H.R. 1692, Equal Access to Abortion Coverage in Health Insurance (EACH Woman) Act of 2019. Again, sad.

And a reminder, Congressman Casten and Congresswoman Underwood cast votes to support the Hyde Amendment during the fiscal year 2020 appropriations bills, particularly H.R. 2740, the Health & Human Services funding. The McHenry County Blog article, published July 12, can be viewed here.

And a reminder, Congressman Casten will be at Fox River Grove Village Hall Community Room for a town hall meeting on Saturday.

Maybe the passionate citizens of McHenry County who support Right to Life can tell Casten he got the vote right the first time when he backed the Hyde Amendment in H.R. 2740 on June 19.

Lest we forget, here is what Casten tweeted back on March 21:

May Casten see the errors of his way, ask forgiveness and repent.

Again, if today’s tweet by Casten does not fire up the Republican base in the 6th district, especially Right-to-Life supporters, nothing will.

  1. Casten is the guy who said that an abortion is similar to an appendix operation.

Someone ought to ask Casten if he would have been OK if his mother was pro-choice (meaning death on order) and decided to abort him.
