From ROAR for AJ:

CALL TO ACTION Be his voice

If you haven’t yet, please take 5 minutes to be a voice for AJ!!!!!

Don’t be a Carlos, don’t be Deliberately Indifferent.

CALL TO ACTION

Write your emails/letters demanding DCFS and our Governor take the Inspector Generals recommendation that they be terminated immediately, if found negligent in the eyes of the law no severance or pension, without the ability to hold a government job that has anything to do with children.

Include the fraudulent timesheet activity previously reported as well.

The report found:

“It was because of the indifference and incompetence of the department’s child protection investigators and supervisor that the opportunity to alter this family’s disastrous course was missed.”

  • incompetence; lack of ability to do something successfully or as it should be done
  • indifference; the quality of not caring about or being interested in something or someone

Indifference is even worse!

Carlos Acosta’s photo was featured in the Chicago Tribune.

How can someone who has been doing this job 20+ years and have advanced, further, education be incompetent HE WAS DELIBERATELY INDIFFERENT!!!!!

DCFS officials have said discipline for the employees involved might occur once the agency’s inspector general completed her interim report.

That confidential document was shared last week with DCFS’ director and the governor’s office.

Two sources who have read it told the Tribune that DCFS Inspector General Meryl Paniak recommended in the report that the three workers be terminated.

  1. You all need to call for an END to DCFS! They are nothing but a front. Have you learned nothing from this story?

  2. The question is when, if ever, we will see charges of criminal negligence or negligent homicide in this case?

Do you feel it meets the Illinois standard of law?

  3. Time for Acosta to resign from County Board, he is a distraction and negatively reflects on the County Board.

If anything his sole attention should be on his civil and possibly criminal defense.

  4. Question?

How come Judy Kreklow ($90,000 a year plus benefits ) Case Worker For 30 years at Algonquin Township isn’t responsible as well knowing she was helping Andrew and the mother pay there bills curious??

    Stupid is is stupid does

  5. Kenneally, with only two months left is likely the front runner for the 2019 ‘ @$$Wipe of The Year ‘ sponsored by Charmin Bathroom Tissue.

In my opinion, this nominee deserves strong consideration.

    ‘Charmin knows @$$Wipes!’™

  6. Administrative duty no case work. What could he be doing to deserve his 100K
