Senators McConchie, DeWitte, Wilcox to bring SOS Mobile Unit to Crystal Lake
Crystal Lake, IL… State Senators Dan McConchie (R-Hawthorn Woods), Don DeWitte (R-St. Charles), and Craig Wilcox (R-McHenry) are teaming up to bring the Illinois Secretary of State’s Mobile Unit to Crystal Lake as a convenience to residents.
WHAT: Secretary of State Mobile Unit
WHEN: Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
WHERE: Algonquin Township, 3702 U.S. Highway 14, Crystal Lake, IL 60014
The mobile unit operates similar to a DMV office and offers services that include driver’s licenses renewals, identification cards, license plate stickers, organ donor registration, and free ID cards for seniors.
Servicemen and women can also receive the “veteran” designation on their driver’s licenses and ID cards, but they must bring their DD-214 or NAF 13038.
Real ID’s will not be available and can only be obtained at a full service facility.

if you want the veteran on the DL or ID it must be the certified stamped DD214 from the VA or the Woodstock Armory.

Another dog and pony show, wasting our tax money, to direct attention to do-nothing politicians. Dig in; solve the problems, starting with pension reform!
None of this makes sense ? with the exception of you won’t have to stand in a line 5 miles long of illegals to get your legal license renewed.
