Advantage Moving and Storage, Inc. Expanding Operations in Algonquin

Expansion in Algonquin Corporate Campus expected to create 15 new jobs

ALGONQUIN, IL –The Village of Algonquin is excited to announce an expansion in the Algonquin Corporate Campus.

Advantage Moving and Storage, Inc., an existing tenant in the Algonquin Corporate Campus, plans to construct 40,000 square feet of new warehouse space on property they recently purchased adjacent to their existing offices. 

This new facility will create 15 new jobs with salaries above $60,000 and will exceed $3,000,000 in capital investment.

Advantage Moving and Storage has a rich 35-year tradition of serving Chicagoland with moving, storage and installation services.

As an asset-based, North American Van Lines agent, they offer premier residential and commercial moving services, in addition to installation and storage solutions.

As part of the expansion, the Village approved a development agreement for the project, which included waiving development fees.

The development agreement was based on an approved incentive policy for all new and expanding operations in the Algonquin Corporate Campus.
