State’s Attorney Patrick Kenneally’s Statement of Facts regarding AJ’s Mother’s Guilty Plea for Murder — 8 Comments

  1. Look at the number of people who saw AJ and nothing was done to help him!!!
    😡😥😡😡🥵

  2. In my opinion Kenneally is just pathetic!

Anyone could have gotten a conviction in this case with minimal legal skills.

Kenneally will not prosecute anyone involved in any type of criminal activities in government in his jurisdiction.

He’s either afraid of losing votes or of being ostracized by those in power who use him as a hand puppet!

  3. I pray she gets the full 60 year sentence, to wit she must serve all of it, no parole included—and after reading the detailed treatment of AJ by her, pray she gets the same in prison—and she will, as even convicted female murderers, drug dealers, and thieves have no tolerance for a child abuser and child killer in their midst.

A real shame that Gov Ryan, the convict himself sold out the death penalty in hopes of sympathy for his part in the killing of those kids by the illegal truck driver.

If ever it was deserved it is for Joann Cunningham….

Strange after reading these details Kenneally didnt go for the jugular on her.

Full trial, no plea, and let the jury/judge and public learn the gory details which would support a Life w/o Parole sentence.

Pray she gets the 60 years so it basically becomes Life w/o Parole.

Full trial, no plea, and let the jury/judge and public learn the gory details which would support a Life w/o Parole sentence as well even more publicity for efforts like CASA support, DCFS auditing, Acosta being looked at even closer, and new laws that see quicker reaction when observed abuse is noted on any child.

Pray she gets the 60 years so it basically becomes Life w/o Parole.

  5. He couldn’t manage a simple thing Like the Bob and Anna Miller Thievery on East Main in Cary Illinois when the paper trail is longer than the roads he maintained!?

Certainly the AJ saga is way over his ??

  6. Bring back the death penalty Illinois! We need to protect our most under protected citizens, victims of crime.

The convicted can get mental health while they are appealing their sentences.

If they lose maybe they’ll know what, and why they did what they did!

If they win they will need the help once their released.

  7. The problem with the death penalty, Chuck, is that we have a lot of people that are wrongfully convicted.

    The report is sickening.

So many people who were powerless to do anything for that little boy.

  8. Kenneally is a sham.

His yes men bring him ham.

A photo op he won’t demur, unless it involves it involves his giving the Miller Crime Clan more succour.
