Jeffrey Lichte, the fake Republican who challenged Steve Reick for the GOP nomination for State Representatve in 2016, has surfaced again.
He has filed objections to McHenry Township Republican Party Chairman Erik Sivertsen.
Each year Lichte is seen driving vehicles for Jack Franks in area parades.
Sivertsen is running for a District 4 County Board seat against
- Republican Kay Bates, elected in 2016
- Replublican Stephen Doherty, appointed by Franks
Does that old guy have a valid drivers license?
THEY ARE AFRAID that Sivertsen will defeat Doherty, Franks’ appointed guy, and then win in November and give Franks a tough time on the board.

Erik Sivertsen has accomplished more than most of the people who claim to be political activists and he’s less than half their age.
He was able to win as a twenty something year old.
And as icing on the cake he was able to win despite his appearance.

Of course someone like that that scares politicians, and it doesn’t take much imagination to see why Franks would rather have someone he appointed than someone like Erik.

Sivertsen is one of the guys in charge of Guns N Such (also in McHenry) and you’re asking me to get an opinion on Sivertsen from the owner of a business that competes with Sivertsen’s business?
Sivertsen is a first class fool who lives in Mommy’s basement.
He presents a know-it-all attitude at School Board meetings.
But he doesn’t know much except how to bellow like a beached elephant seal.
He’s so terrible and yet in one of the strongest Republican areas of the county Erik was elected to the school board, and then re-elected, and elected PC multiple times, and also elected Chairman of McHenry Township Republican Central Committee. Maybe you guys should educate the voters there why Jack Franks’ appointee is better because they sure seem to like Erik.
