Not for the protest, I happened to be crossing the square after Jamanji matinee let out at Woodstock Theatre.
I can report Two ‘funny’ things happened:
1) Sombody had a yapping chihuahua dog with a sign on its back saying “I hate Trump too!” A much larger dog (pit bull) came and attacked it. Chihuahua was bitten and owner took her (?)away. I think pit bull owner was a protester too, but do not know for sure. The sign on the dog’s back was ripped in attack and the dog owners were screaming at each other,
2) Somebody threw up before we crossed the square to get to our car. It was the kind of puke that caused at least one other person to puke. And the protestors stepped in it in their circle tour.

Since both sides are now fully out of patience and believe there can be no common ground we have together expect nothing which hasn’t happened before in history.
When one side murders freely the self imposed chains eventually come off people who see it as their duty to protect the helpless from predation.
This brings us back to the dehumanizing language we use in the comments here.
