Late Sunday night and just after Midnight into Monday, 14th congressional district Republican candidate Catalina Lauf continued her aggressive defense of President Trump in social media in the face of House Democrats’ ridiculous charges in the aftermath of the President’s decision to administer justice on Iranian terrorist Qassem Soleimani.
And as Congress heads back to Washington this week after the Holiday recess, many members want to legislatively tie the President’s hands.
Lauf responded late Sunday night after President Trump posted additional information through Twitter. Lauf’s tweet is directed at Congresswoman Lauren Underwood’s early Friday evening statement concerning Thursday’s military action against Soleimani in Iraq.
Here is Underwood’s statement for reference:
“My responsibility as a Member of Congress is to ensure the safety and security of Americans at home and abroad.
“The military actions of this week represent an unprecedented escalation of tensions with Iran that increases the dangers of war in the Middle East, posing grave risks to Americans and to our allies in the region.
“The Administration must provide additional information to Congress to explain the intelligence that justifies these actions and its plan to keep America safe in their wake.
“We have hundreds of our neighbors serving America’s interests in the Middle East right now; above all, I am praying for their safety.”

Shortly after Midnight, Lauf took to Twitter again as Squad leader Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) sent many tweets with disinformation to her 6 million Twitter followers.

As stated earlier, Underwood, AOC and company are back in Washington this week. As mentioned in a previous article, Congressman Ro Khanna (D, CA) announced Friday he would introduce legislation specifically preventing President Trump from taking any more actions against Iran, including an action in another country, without first gaining approval from Congress.

You are barking up the wrong tree. Lopez does not give one iota care if Trump threatens wars crimes for two reasons:
(1) War crimes are man’s law, not God’s law.
(2) Trump is a Republican. Republicans do not criticize the president for threatening war crimes if there’s a (R) by said president’s name.
