IL-14: All Candidates Will Participate in MCC Debate

The rumor of Sue Rezin “ducking the debate” is proven false

A comment this past week concerning the January 22 congressional candidates debate hosted by the McHenry County Republican Party (MCRCC) floated the following rumor:

Comment from the Sue Rezin Campaign Update Article 1/8/20

The commenter’s colorful language aside, we found it unusual a candidate with the toughness of State Senator Sue Rezin would stay away from any kind of a fight, especially a candidates’ debate hosted by MCRCC.

So McHenry County Blog has confirmed from Rezin for Congress and the MCRCC she will be a part of the debate at MCC.

So 14th district Republican primary voters will have the opportunity to hear all of the candidates on January 22, and the way to becoming informed voters for the primary election, with early voting set to begin on February 6.

Should be a terrific evening hearing all of the candidate talk about the issues.

  8. Of course a public “educator” is using a stale, easily refutable talking point.

We hear the same buffoonish arguments trying to convince Republicans and Libertarians to not use roads, libraries, or emergency services after they have already paid taxes for said services.
