From the Rezin for Congress campaign:
Sue Rezin Earns A.B.A.T.E. Endorsement
A.B.A.T.E. Endorsement was highly sought by Republican candidates
GURNEE, IL …This past weekend the liberty-loving statewide motorcycle organization A.B.A.T.E. of Illinois, with 60 chapters statewide and thousands of members, voted to endorse Sue Rezin in the Republican primary for Congress in the 14th District. In doing so, A.B.A.T.E. of Illinois pledged to support Rezin in the primary by doing everything a grassroots organization can do to help a candidate win.
The endorsement by A.B.A.T.E. of Illinois was highly sought after and several Republican primary candidates made major efforts to win the endorsement.
“Government exists to protect people from force and fraud both at home and abroad—not to protect us from ourselves.
“State Senator Sue Rezin has been an effective ally for us in the State Senate with relentless follow up action and we can’t wait to have her advocating for us in Congress.
“Sue Rezin shares our values, is one of the most skillful advocates there is in the State Senate, and she towers over her primary opponents with her unique ability to win even the toughest highly competitive elections—indeed she has won five out of five races.”A.B.A.T.E. of Illinois state PAC chairman John Harris
Sue Rezin responded:
“I enjoy riding with A.B.A.T.E. members every year at events to honor our veterans and I admire their dedication to keeping the flame of freedom alive and well in our country.
“I am honored by their endorsement and with their help we will be able to restore mainstream representation to the 14th District in Congress.”State Senator Sue Rezin
