Harvard Woman Pleads Guilty to Heroin Offense

From the McHenry County State’s Attorney:

TIERA TRACY PLEADS GUILTY TO THE OFFENSE OF DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that Tiera Tracy, 46, of Harvard, Illinois, pled guilty to the offense of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Class 1 Felony.

On January 31, 2018, Tracy delivered heroin and fentanyl to a man in Harvard, Illinois.

The man died during the early morning hours of February 1, 2018, from a drug overdose.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled on April 3, 2020.

This case was investigated by members of the Harvard Police Department.

This case was prosecuted by Brian Miller of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.

  1. Does Kenneally ever go after crooked politicians like Acosta or Miller.

    Or does he just accept campaign contributions from them.

  2. These are the best case results that Kenneally is putting out for publication, nothing but plea bargains and guilty pleas?

    How many people are walking out of the McHenry County Court House which they’ve committed criminal statute violations unless this guy can get them to take a deal or they have a guilty conscience.

    It looks like the McHenry County States Attorney’s Office is going after only the cases with easy outcomes and little effort and patting himself on the back!

    Perry Mason or Matlock he ain’t!
