The primary business of the Algonquin Township Board in February seems to be shifting money from fund to fund.

The largest transfer is in the Town Fund, which covers pretty much everything but the Road District.

There permission will be sought to spend $30,000 more on legal fees as you can see below:

• Transfer of Appropriation from Technical Support (Assessor) to Retirement/IMRF Contribution Fund in the amount of $5,000.00.
• Transfer of Appropriation from Office Supplies (Assessor) to Furniture & Fixtures in the amount of $14,999.00.
• Transfer of Appropriation from Capital Improvements (Supervisor) to Legal Services in the amount of $30,000.00.
• Transfer of Appropriation from Engineering Services (Road District) to Telecommunications in the amount of $1,700.00.

The meeting starts at 7 Tuesday night.
