And proves Lauf not ready for the big stage by her own actions
After Friday’s article about Catalina Lauf on blogger Jeff Ward’s blog site, The First Ward, one would hope Lauf had the good sense to resist the bait to go after Ward in social media.
On Monday, the following tweets were posted from Lauf’s Twitter ID to her over 49K followers:
One must shake their head thinking Lauf actually believes the tweets she sends.
In his regular Wednesday article, the first half is titled “The candidate strikes back” he goes through his very transparent trap he laid for Lauf to see if she would take the bait.
Lauf did, hook, line and sinker as the opening paragraph says:
“It doesn’t happen very often anymore, but I can’t tell you how much fun it is when a candidate or elected official, clearly aggravated by my capacity to tell the truth, comes back at me in the kind of ill-advised manner that proves I exposed them for exactly who they are!”Jeff Ward, 2/12/20
Ward addresses the subject of the 2nd tweet which Lauf chose to use in her tweets from Monday in his article.
Another tweet went out early Tuesday morning from Ward which is worth discussing:
McHenry County Blog confirmed from an independent source the incident with the Chicago Sun-Times took place.
In Ward’s article, he predicts how he sees Lauf faring on primary election day and it is not pretty, which can be read in his article.
And given Ward’s track record in electoral politics, one must believe the 61 year old former reporter/blogger/author above any optimistic prediction Lauf or her followers may say.
