Six Years in Cocaine Arrest

From the McHenry County State’s Attorney:

THEODORE KING SENTENCED TO SIX YEARS IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that 32-year-old Theodore King of Marengo, Illinois, pled guilty to Unlawful Possession With Intent to Deliver A Controlled Substance (Cocaine), a Class 1 felony, before the Honorable Robert Wilbrandt.

On April 23, 2019, members of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office executed an arrest warrant at a residence in Marengo.

King was present and seen by officers to throw a bag of narcotics out of the window of the residence.

Officers recovered the narcotics and discovered it to be approximately 7.16 grams of cocaine.

The investigation was conducted by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and was prosecuted by Brette Dunbar of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.

  1. The King of Marengo finally put away after strutting around town for the last 5 years with his white druggie girls in tow.

    Cops did nothing despite serious underaged groupies.

  3. Kenneally obviously had little to nothing to do with this case being prosecuted!

    More low lying fruit and a simple conviction by a simpleton in my opinion.

  4. The ‘Marengo Snowman” will now have to chill out for a bit.

    I think I’ve seen that guy hanging around the McDonald’s around 9 o’clock.

    He had quite a few golden chains on.

    And he got angry when McDonald’s wouldn’t take C notes anymore.
