  1. Rotten rat! Just a big fat pig.

Oh, excuse me, a RINO, trying to get another of his stinking ilk in.

    A real reeker, Cal!

I can smell the odiferous skunk a mile away!

  2. Donny, you chose the wrong one and now you have egg all over your face.

She lost so bad to Skillicorn.

Now the people are mad at you.

Maybe some of your associates in Springfield look at you funny now.

  3. Clearly, Don DeWitte did not have a good primary.

Not only his 66th district candidate lost badly, but the high profile 14th congressional district, his candidate lost the primary, too.

Remains to be seen if Allen Skillicorn can prevail against Suzanne Ness in the fall, given Mike Madigan really wants the seat, and to date, his political organization is willing to pay for it.

Given DeWitte lost 66th half of his senate district in 2018 (and Madigan is still kicking himself for giving Skillicorn a free pass at reelection that year), the Democrats are smelling blood in the 66th, the 63rd, and Jim Oberweis’ 25th legislative district.

    We’ll see in 6 1/2 months.

I have a feeling DeWitte will be redistricted out of McHenry County next year by the Democrats when they redraw the maps.

As for Skillicorn, win or lose in the fall, I see his current residence being remapped into the neighboring 43rd representative district, and keeping him in the 8th congressional district.

Put another way, the Democrats will make Skillicorn move if he wants to move up, or keep his current seat.

  4. Excellent analysis by John Lopez.

But he forgot one thing: DeWitte is the enemy now, the RINO turncoat and all around loser

  5. DeWitte is just another township ‘graduated’ hog.

Anybody that threatens the corrupt system (like Skillicorn or Skinner, or Marter, or Breen, ad infinitum) must be eliminated.

That’s why Illinois is morally, financially and politically bankrupt. Simple as Pi!
